Zvi Yemini, Non-Executive Chairman Zvi Yemini is the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Yemini is also co-founder and Chairman of Hydro-Industries Ltd. and the co-founder of ZAG Industries Ltd. (“Zag”). Zag is a subsidiary of The Stanley Works, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a producer of high quality products for the consumer and professional DIY market. Mr. Yemini holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of Tel Aviv University. Winner of the 2001 Industrial Award, the 2000 Israel Export Award and the 1998 Kaplan Award, he brings his track record and 25 years of industry experience to the Company. |

Uwe Wascher - Non-Executive director Uwe Wascher was the former Vice President of the General Electric Company for 16 years and CEO of General Electric Plastics, Europe. Mr. Wascher also chaired General Electric’s Corporate Executive Council for Europe. Mr. Wascher brings to Polymer Logistics many corporate relationships he has cultivated with companies within the plastics industry. |
